I called ICR when we decided we needed a fence because they installed our neighbor's fence and we really liked it. Communication was great. They definitely knew what they were doing; our yard is neither flat nor square and the fence looks great! They were friendly, courteous and cleaned up everything before they left and we couldn't be happier.

We had a beautiful vinyl fence installed a couple years ago. However, dealing with a big box store & the chain of subcontractors that followed was less than a good experience. In the end we were skeptical of hiring anyone else to do work for us & wondered, “Does anyone keep their word anymore or provide quality craftsmanship?” Within a year, not only had our gate entrance started to pinch, bust & shift…we knew it would be a hassle & calling the same installers back out. After a Facebook search, we came across icrfence & the reviews were excellent. So, I reached out to them & they were quick to respond & willing to come out & look at my problem…even through they were not the original installer! From start to finish…they were incredible to work with & from the time it was ordered & until it was installed we felt like we were working with professionals. Not only did they show us where our precious gate was installed incorrectly…they replaced what we had & did the job right! Thank you icrfence for an incredible experience!

ICR has done it again. My wife and I have had the experience of using this company twice now and totally pleased with the work and product they have installed for us. Great customer service with the estimate and advice given as to which material to use for our new fence. Wish my neighbors would have used this company for their fence needs. Definitely an added value to our property. Keep up the great work team ICR Fence. Thank you very much for everything you do.

Overall, from quote until install, ease of business was great. Especially during COVID, the material shortages pushed back dates and times, but working with such a helpful group of people, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Extremely professional and on time!

We had a 6 foot wood privacy fence installed. Mike and his crew were the most professional company we met with. From getting the quote, taking his time going over things with us, answering every little question we had. Mike kept us up to date since there was a two day weather delay but the fence was installed promptly and professionally. Every single crew member was wonderful. Even though we had all our utilities marked, accidents are bound to happen and the cable line was accidentally hit for my elderly neighbor. Unfortunately it was a Friday afternoon and I feared my elderly neighbor would be without TV all weekend. The guys that were out installing fence posts drove up to the local hardware store and purchased all the supplies needed to fix the lines themselves. They were able to have my neighbors TV up and running again within the hour and even went over to his house to check and make sure it was working okay again. I was amazed at how kind and gracious they were - and it truly meant a lot that they went out of their way to fix it for him. They are the most genuine company I’ve ever worked with. My German Shepherd is loving running around his newly fenced in back yard.

What a great company! From start to finish the folks at ICR wow’d us. We contacted 5 fence companies and only had 2 replies. Christine & Mike were great working with both of us. Do to weather they were a couple days behind but thru email/text they made everything work. Mike made sure we were good to go before the actual build & we were able to make some minor changes. The guys who built the fence were professional & did a great job in somewhat wet conditions. The fence looks great & the guys cleaned everything up. We both commented about what a great experience we had with ICR Fence - highly recommend & we will definitely use again if the need arises! Thanks for everything ICR Fence

It was a muddy couple of weeks in Indiana, ICR worked with me closely on the date they installed my fence, and when the weather wasn't getting better they really tried to minimize yard damage. They have me a great fence and my minimized yard damage. 5 starts

My fiancé and I had a GREAT experience with ICR. They kept us in the loop with timing, and with our gate they had to order and install at a later date. The fence looks great and our Bernese Mountain Dog loves it too 🙂 Definitely would recommend.
